Something doesn't work

Tell us what you did and what happened instead. The fastest way to help: run the simulation, press Copy link under the result and paste that link into the email — it opens exactly the same place, hazard and size. Mention your browser and device.

A number or a boundary looks wrong

City boundaries and population figures come from OpenStreetMap, so a wrong outline or an outdated population is often fixable at the source, and we are happy to point you to it. If a result looks wrong because of how the simulator calculates, include the link to the simulation and what you expected; the model is described on the How it works page.

A mistake in an article

Name the article, quote the sentence and, if you can, give a source. Factual corrections are fixed as soon as they are confirmed.

Press, education, embedding

Teachers, journalists and researchers are welcome to use screenshots and links to simulations; please credit HazardSim with a link to hazardsim.com. For anything larger — embedding the simulator, a custom scenario, a partnership — write to the same address.
